Youth Work
YouthAction NI will bring the youth sector to recognise its contribution in creating a better, safer and more peaceful society for young people. Through a series of short online symposiums youth workers, educators and community activists to join in with presentations and discussions that will stimulate thinking and prompt further action. These seminars will include:
1. The contribution of youth work to supporting young people’s political and media literacy.
This will be in partnership with Shout Out UK.
2. The role of youth work in supporting the effective representation of insights through young people within organisations. This will be in partnership with Social Change Agency: Young Trustees Movement.
